CALCIUM ACETATE (REAGENT GRADE/ TECHNICAL GRADE)
Calcium Acetate is manufactured by method comprises the steps of enabling 1 part of shell, 1-2 parts of glacial acetic acid and 3-5 parts of water to react for at least 48 hours under the condition of agitation at normal temperature and normal pressure, and conducting processes such as primary filtration, fine filtration, discoloration, and drying to obtain calcium acetate raw materials. Calcium acetate is a calcium salt of acetic acid having formula Ca(C2H3O2)2. The Calcium acetate anhydrous form is very hygroscopic. When the water content of Calcium acetate is removed from it, it has become anhydrous or in powder form and is called as Calcium Acetate Anhydrous.
